Buses to and from the main event and parking area depart every 10 minutes, ensuring convenient transportation for all attendees. The service runs from opening until close, making it easy for you to your visit.
Animals and animal companions (including Emotional Support Animals) are not permitted at the Pasadena Greek Festival, with the exception of trained Service Animals (or California law-compliant Service Animals in training).

When and where is the Pasadena Greek Fest held?
The festival takes place annually on the 3rd week of September at Saint Anthony Greek Orthodox Church.
Where can I park?
Ample & free parking is available nearby at Gate 6, Santa Anita Park off Colorado Pl in Arcadia. Shuttles will be provided.
What activities and entertainment can I expect?
Enjoy authentic Greek food, dance performances, Greek dance lessons, church tours, cooking lessons, wine tastings (21+), Kidzone for children, & more. Check the full schedule on our website for times.
Can I participate in the Greek dancing?
Absolutely! Everyone is encouraged to join in the dancing, including the Greek dance lessons & Zorba Dance Competition. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the festival is all about having fun & embracing Greek culture.
Is the festival family-friendly?
Yes, it's an all-ages event with activities for everyone, including a dedicated Kidzone for children.
What is the raffle, and how can I participate?
The festival features a VW Raffle with the winner announced on Sunday at 8:00 PM. Tickets will be available on-site.
Will the Church be open?
Yes, the doors of the church will be open & there will be guided tours.
How much do tickets cost, and where can I buy them?
Ticket pricing details are available on our Buy Tickets page. Purchase in person at the event or online via our website. Free Admission for children under twelve.
What is your ticket policy?
Each ticket allows one entry only & is not valid for re-entry. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, & we reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises.
What food and drinks are available?
Our menu features a wide variety of authentic Greek dishes, including savory appetizers, hearty mains like souvlakia & fries, & desserts. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits) are sold to those 21+ with valid ID, please drink responsibly.
Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes! Vegetarian dishes include Greek Salad, Spanokopites, Tyropites, Fries, Fasolakia, & all pastries like Baklava & Loukoumades. There are limited vegan options—menus offering nut-based items will be annotated. Guests with dietary restrictions should check with Festival Staff on-site.
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
We aim to make the event welcoming for all. The venue offers wheelchair-accessible areas & restrooms. If you need specific accommodations, email us at info@pasadenagreekfest.org.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets & emotional support animals are strictly prohibited. Only trained service animals (or those in training compliant with California law) are permitted. Misrepresenting an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor.
What should I bring or not bring to the festival?
Bring cash or cards for purchases. Prohibited items include outside food/drinks, weapons, illegal substances, & large bags.
What if it rains?
The festival is held rain or shine. No refunds for weather-related changes.
